Sharlene Henderson and her husband, Bruce, along with their three kids; Chelsey, David and Nathan live in Waterdown.  Sharlene join the staff team in 1997 and now serves as our Associat Pastor of Church Ministries.  Her role is to serve our community and staff through the management of our building, office functions, ministry resources and church finances.  A graduate of Douglas College (1986), majoring in Office Systems and Records Management.  She has a background in the customer service industry.  In her spare time, she is on the board of directors of the Halton Youth Symphony as Treasurer.  As a firm believer that leadership needs to be encouraged, nurtured and developed.  Sharlene has a passionate desire to challenge others to develop and build skills of character, confidence and competence so that they too may be effective in every aspect of life.
